1. Terms and conditions
Your access to, and use of, IVI ATELIER web Portal (the “Portal”) is subject to the following terms and conditions, as well as the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Your access to the Portal is in consideration for your agreement to these Terms and Conditions of Use, whether or not you are a registered user. By accessing, browsing, and using the Portal, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms and Conditions of Use.
IVI Atelier maintains the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Use and may do so by posting notice of such modifications on this page. Any modification is effective immediately upon posting, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Portal after posting any modification signifies your acceptance of such modification. 2. Conduct
You agree to access and use the Portal only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for knowing and adhering to any laws, statutes, rules, and regulations about using the Portal. By accessing the Portal, you agree that you will not:
- Use the Portal to commit a criminal offense or to encourage others to engage in any conduct which would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability;
- Post or transmit any discriminatory, libelous, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful content;
- Use the Portal to impersonate other parties or entities.
- Use the Portal to upload any content that contains malicious software or any other computer code, files, or programs that may alter, damage, or interrupt the functionality of the Portal or the hardware or software of any other person who accesses the Portal;
- Upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any materials that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or a contractual relationship;
- Alter, damage, or delete any content posted on the Portal;
- Disrupt the normal flow of communication or data transfer through, from, or to the Portal, in any way;
- Claim a relationship with or represent any business, association, or other organisation with which you are not authorised to claim such a relationship;
- Post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or other forms of solicitation;
- Post any material that infringes upon or violates another’s intellectual property rights.
- Collect or store personal information about others; or
- Misuse the Portal to gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access or entry into any systems or equipment;
3. Registration
Certain portions of the Portal are, or may be, limited to registered users and/or allow a user to request support or services online by entering personal information. You agree that any information provided to us in these areas will be complete and accurate, that you will not register under the name of, nor attempt to enter the Portal under the name of, another person, and that you will not adopt a user name that the IVI Atelier, in its sole discretion, deems offensive.
4. Termination of Use
IVI Atelier may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to and use of this Portal without notice and for any reason, including violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use or other conduct which the Supreme Legislation Committee, in its sole discretion, believes is unlawful or harmful to others. In the event of termination, you will no longer be authorised to access the Portal, and IVI Atelier will use any means possible or necessary to enforce this termination.
5. Links to Other Web Portals
Some links on the Portal lead to web Portals not operated by the Supreme Legislation Committee. IVI Atelier is not responsible for these web Portals, nor does it review or control their content. IVI Atelier provides these links to users for convenience only. These links are not an endorsement of products, services, or information, and do not imply an association between IVI Atelier and the operators of the linked web Portal. When you select a link to an outside web Portal, you are subject to the terms and conditions of the owner/sponsors of that outside web Portal.
7. Content
Unless otherwise stated, you may download, store, and/or use the Portal material only for personal and/or research purposes. You may not, however, republish, retransmit, redistribute or otherwise make the material available to any other party or make the same available on any web Portal, online service or bulletin board of your own or any other party or make the same available in hard copy or on any other media or commercially exploit such material in any manner without IVI Atelier express prior written consent. No right, title, or interest in any material is transferred to you, whether due to downloading, storing, or using such material or otherwise by you.
Nothing on this Portal constitutes, or is intended to, constitute advice of any kind.
IVI Atelier reserves the right to monitor any content you provide, but shall not be obligated to do so. Although it cannot monitor all postings or information entered into the Portal, IVI Atelier reserves the right (but assumes no obligation) to delete, move, or edit any postings that violate these Terms and Conditions of Use. United Arab Emirates and foreign copyright laws and international conventions protect the contents of the Portal. You agree to abide by all copyright notices posted on the Portal.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
You expressly understand and agree that your use of, and access to, the Portal or any material available through this Portal is at your own risk. Neither IVI Atelier nor its employees warrant that the Portal or its content, including downloadable content, will be uninterrupted, problem-free, omission-free, or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Portal. The content and function of the Portal are provided to you “as is,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or use, or currency.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event will IVI Atelieror its employees be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Portal, including without limitation loss of revenue or anticipated profits, loss of goodwill, loss of business, loss of data, computer failure or malfunction, or any other damages.
